As Business Development Director, you'll lead our strategic sales initiatives and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector. This role offers partnership potential for the right candidate who can demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills and a proven track record in hospitality recruitment sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand our client base across the hospitality sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers in the hospitality industry
  • Create and implement innovative sales strategies to capture market share
  • Lead complex contract negotiations and oversee the full sales cycle
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
  • Identify market trends and provide strategic insights to shape our service offerings

    Required Qualifications

    • 5 years of experience in hospitality recruitment sales, business development postion
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in full-cycle recruitment
    • Established network of hospitality industry contacts at the executive level
    • Experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments
    • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry's talent needs and market dynamics
