### The Role
As Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth across all our locations. This role requires a blend of creative vision, analytical thinking, and practical execution skills.
### Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies across our restaurant portfolio
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity for each of our unique concepts
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, social media strategy, and email marketing
- Develop and manage relationships with PR agencies, media partners, and influencers
- Analyze marketing performance data and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives
- Lead a talented marketing team while fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies
- Manage marketing budgets effectively across multiple concepts and locations
- Present marketing strategies and performance to executive leadership
### Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 4 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in hospitality, food & beverage, or luxury lifestyle marketing
- Strong digital marketing expertise across all platforms and channels
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop teams
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Data-driven approach to marketing strategy and budget allocation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
- Deep understanding of the NYC restaurant scene and broader national F&B trends
- Ability to travel to restaurant locations across the US (approximately 25%)
