What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at FTL Finance?
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll report to our Inside Sales Manager and will be responsible for managing a lead pipeline and influencing contractors to register with FTL Finance.

What You’ll Do:
- Engage prospective contractors in outbound calls to encourage their registration and participation in FTL Finance.
- Overcome contractor objections to increase interest in FTL Finance and promote understanding of the benefits of consumer financing.
- Utilize social media to acquire new contractor leads and strengthen relationships.
- Identify opportunities with prospective contractors to promote our products and services.
- Increase key company metrics such as registrations and new contractor activity and funding.
- Properly manage pipeline of lead types including Event, Distributor, Web, Inbound Phone, Marketing and Cold leads to encourage registration.
- When applicable, participate in industry events to promote FTL Finance (5% travel).
- Assist registration department in document collection to ensure contractor conversion.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in sales/inside sales or telemarketing with a focus on outbound calling
- Keen interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Inclination towards challenges and a competitive spirit
- Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) to track and manage contractor activity
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple lead types efficiently
- Willingness to travel and represent FTL Finance at industry events
- Bachelor’s degree, or 2-3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combo of education and experience
