Position Available: Project Manager - Land Development in Vancouver, WA
Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for land development? We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee and direct all facets of community development projects. This role involves meticulous schedule management, coordination with various departments, and collaboration with external consultants to ensure top-notch architectural and site planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage community and construction schedules, ensuring timely execution of all construction activities and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Work closely with Division Executives to integrate their input into site and architectural designs.
- Manage and coordinate with external consultants, including those specializing in architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and soil engineering.
- Provide detailed weekly reports covering progress, trade partner meetings, agency interactions, issue resolution, and safety measures.
- Develop and monitor site budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers for design and engineering services.
- Contribute to feasibility studies and project planning.
- Handle documentation and coordination for DRE processing, CC&R’s, and HOA setup, and participate as a liaison or board member if necessary.
- Manage the exoneration of required bonds and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the coordination of model complexes and conditional use permits.
- Offer support to the Operations Department throughout the construction phase.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in community development, redevelopment, economic development, or housing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Urban Design, Planning, Real Estate, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
