Position Overview
Our Client is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team!
This role is a dynamic and multifaceted position. It involves reviewing contracts, payment reconciliation, accounts receivable/payable, billing, and payroll. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, resourceful, and able to multitask while possessing strong analytical skills, intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Hours: 8:00 AM β 4:30 PM (Hybrid!)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AR/AP processes: handling credits, invoicing, and reconciling accounts.
- Perform invoicing for contracts, utilizing Excel for detailed data management.
- Ensure data accuracy for payroll submission, adhering to regulations and laws.
- Resolve payroll-related discrepancies by working closely with different teams
- Review contracts to ensure payment accuracy and reconciliation.
- Manage contract billing, payment reviews, and back-office reconciliation.
- Use Excel for tasks such as VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, subtotals, and data manipulation.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies, often working independently to address issues.
Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective multitasking and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to resolving issues independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
