Construction Manager - Single Family Homes
We are looking to add an experienced Construction Manager to our growing Charlotte division building quality single-family homes. You'll carry a smaller number of homes than most production homebuilders to be able to focus on the quality and provide a top-notch customer experience to the homeowners.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction: scheduling subcontractors, inspectors and suppliers, managing day-to-day operations on the job site, inspecting all work, and resolving any problems
- Approves subcontractor invoice
- Manage the construction of assigned homes from foundation to close, including 30-day warranty signoff
- Oversee daily trade functions: timeliness, quality of workmanship and completion of work
- Schedule and conduct onsite homeowner meetings
- Assist in ordering all materials
Requirements:
- Construction experience with knowledge of construction processes including scheduling and managing scheduling issues
- Knowledge of MS Office and construction scheduling software
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related program preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
