Job Overview:
As a CSR, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing quotes and orders, troubleshooting issues, and supporting sales operations. You will be a key point of contact for customers and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer requests, quotes, and orders via phone, email, and fax
- Provide accurate pricing and order status updates
- Communicate with vendors regarding pricing and order fulfillment
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date records and generate reports as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
