Job Overview:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for a range of tasks, including sales support, processing quotes and orders, troubleshooting, generating reports, and delivering comprehensive customer support. The CSR is skilled in both verbal and written communication, demonstrates strong organizational abilities, and effectively prioritizes tasks. This role requires the CSR to embody the company’s core values in every interaction and transaction.
Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries related to new and existing quotes and orders.
- Process customer orders received via telephone, fax, or email.
- Provide customers with accurate product quotes.
- Communicate with vendors regarding pricing and order updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Update customers on order status.
- Generate reports for customers and sales representatives.
- Familiarize with vendor and customer contracts.
- Apply knowledge of company policies, procedures, and pricing to meet customer needs.
- Operate office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, scanners, and printers.
- Demonstrate and promote the company’s core values.
Accountabilities:
Contribute to the company’s success by performing all assigned duties with professionalism, accuracy, and within deadlines. Adhere to the company’s safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, Corporate Safety Manual, and any relevant local regulations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role does not involve any supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
