Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and technical support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming customer calls
- Assist with product selection, orders, and website navigation
- Provide technical product support via phone and email
- Process orders, credits, and rebills accurately
- Support Sales teams with product and literature requests
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience required
- Strong communication, computer, and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Ability to sit for up to 8 hours and perform computer-based tasks
- Occasional lifting of 10-20 lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
