Position Overview:
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for driving the strategic marketing efforts to support the growth and success of our brand, sales, and market positioning in the competitive homebuilding industry. This role will oversee a diverse marketing team, manage multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to align marketing objectives with company goals. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing leader with deep expertise in digital marketing, branding, content creation, and demand generation, specifically within the real estate or homebuilding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support company growth, sales goals, and brand recognition. Align marketing initiatives with the overall business objectives and key performance metrics.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure the team is equipped to deliver results across various marketing disciplines.
- Brand Management: Oversee the evolution and consistency of the brand, ensuring that all marketing materials, digital assets, and communications are aligned with company values and resonate with target audiences.
- Demand Generation: Drive lead generation and sales support initiatives through targeted digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and more. Maximize ROI through effective budget management and data-driven decisions.
- Market Analysis & Consumer Insights: Conduct in-depth market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and improve customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Digital Marketing Excellence: Lead the development of cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, including web development, SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, and email marketing. Ensure all channels are optimized for maximum reach and conversion.
- Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and campaigns that directly support the sales process and drive conversions.
- Community Engagement: Manage community and public relations efforts, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and within local communities. Ensure the company’s voice and values are effectively communicated externally.
- Budget and Reporting: Own the marketing budget, track expenditures, and ensure alignment with overall company objectives. Regularly report on key marketing KPIs to senior leadership and adjust strategies as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the real estate, homebuilding, or construction industries is strongly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or other advanced certifications in marketing is a plus.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and brand visibility.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.) and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
