FTS is seeking a Financial Analyst for our client in Buckhead, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in real estate finance, loan documentation, or banking to join a dynamic team. The role will support financial operations, loan diligence, and client invoicing while interacting with lenders and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze loan document packages for real estate transactions
- Manage the monthly billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Handle Land Bank projects and support financial operations
- Work with lenders and stakeholders on new deals and due diligence
- Assist with client interactions and financial reporting
- Utilize Excel and financial software to track and analyze data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in banking, loan closing, paralegal, or financial documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex financial documents
- Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
