We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our client's team in Peachtree Corners, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate finance, loan document review, and monthly invoicing management. This role is essential in supporting our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation, and working closely with lenders and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze loan document packages for real estate transactions.
- Manage the monthly invoicing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Work on Land Bank projects, supporting financial planning and reporting.
- Collaborate with lenders on new deals, assisting in preparing due diligence materials.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
- Interact with clients to address financial inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Utilize Excel and other financial software for data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in banking, real estate finance, or legal fields (paralegal, closing assistant, or loan documentation experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret complex financial and legal documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous work with Land Bank projects or real estate finance.
- Experience in financial operations, billing, or working with lenders on deals.
