Seeking an Investment Analyst to play a key role in evaluating land investments and supporting high-impact financial decisions. This position offers high visibility within the organization, with direct exposure to executives and board members during investment meetings. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review land acquisition contracts and investment packages to ensure completeness
- Develop PowerPoint presentations for executive investment meetings
- Conduct financial analysis and build proformas in Excel
- Attend investment meetings and provide insights to leadership
- Work independently to analyze data, identify risks, and support decision-making
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, investment analysis, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Strong financial modeling skills, including proforma modeling in Excel
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to executives and board members
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in homebuilding, real estate, investment banking, private equity, or M&A advisory
- Background in FP&A with experience in investment analysis
- Familiarity with JDE (JD Edwards) software

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
