Jr. Software Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, self-motivated Junior Software Engineer to be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining cloud-based, proprietary applications that meet the needs of our clients. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Main Tech Stack: C#/.NET, MS SQL

Duties

• Maintain and enhance existing applications by troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
• Reading data from a Touchpoint POS system via API's (sales, discounts, payroll, etc.) and pushing it into a database that still needs to be created
• Automate the importing and conversion of EDI files (810 invoices) into printable reports
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills.

• Requires a verifiable competency in programming languages and IT infrastructure for cloud-based application development.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

o Resharper (Jet Brains) IDE
o Docker
o Google Workspace

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
