As a growing company, we are seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to join our team and help us bring exceptional residential developments to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Land Development Managers and leadership throughout acquisition, entitlement, and development, ensuring timely approvals for zoning, plans, and permits.
- Assist with budget setup and management using company accounting software.
- Help process subdivision, utility, and pre-servicing agreements.
- Manage procurement of construction, engineering, landscaping, and consultant services, including bids, awards, and change orders.
- Distribute contract documents to subcontractors and manage invoice processing and lien waivers.
- Obtain required permits for environmental, water management, and construction.
- Coordinate with homeowners' association on common area design, construction, and turnover.
- Mentor and support interns and team members.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in horizontal land development and field construction management.
- A strong understanding of the land development process, including entitlement, engineering, and construction.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen, particularly in budget management and project coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $82,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
