Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire land development process, including feasibility analysis, entitlement, permitting, site development, and final construction.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project milestones and budgets are met.
- Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies on potential development sites.
- Work closely with local municipalities, regulatory agencies, and utility providers to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
- Oversee the preparation of engineering plans, budgets, schedules, and construction documents.
- Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, environmental requirements, and industry best practices.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including homebuilders and investors, to align project goals and expectations.
- Monitor site construction activities, resolving issues, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay current with local land development trends, regulations, and emerging industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in residential land development project management.
- Strong knowledge of zoning laws, permitting processes, and land use regulations in Arizona.
- Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Pay: $87,500.00 - $120,000.00 per year
