Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Admin Assistant to support our client's marketing team in various administrative tasks, event coordination, and office management. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1-2 years of office administration experience or even those who have completed a marketing internship and are looking to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with organizing and coordinating marketing events, both internal and external.
- Manage and order office supplies, ensuring the marketing team has all necessary resources.
- Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, making arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- Support the marketing team with document preparation, presentations, and reports.
- Help with the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
- Handle basic inquiries and assist in customer relations as needed.
- Assist with tracking and updating marketing project timelines and status reports.
- Organize and maintain marketing files and digital assets.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of office administration experience or relevant internship experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience or interest in marketing, events, or digital media.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and tools is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
