Position Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support a variety of marketing and sales initiatives—from branding and campaign development to digital strategy and community outreach. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and execution across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Sales Support
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, including timelines, collateral, signage, and advertising.
- Help coordinate the setup and presentation of sales centers and model homes.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing and sales materials.
- Support the creation, editing, and fact-checking of marketing content.
Vendor & Third-Party Coordination
- Communicate with vendors, including signage companies, digital consultants, decorators, and creative agencies.
- Gather cost estimates and source services and materials for campaigns.
- Maintain vendor files and track marketing inventory and assets.
Digital Marketing & Website Management
- Update and maintain content on the company website using a CMS platform.
- Implement website changes based on team or division requests.
- Oversee social media presence and monitor online reviews and community reputation.
Advertising & Campaign Management
- Develop and distribute email marketing campaigns, including content creation and proofreading.
- Support digital advertising efforts including paid media and social campaigns.
Event Coordination & Community Presence
- Plan and execute events at sales centers, handling logistics and setup.
- Monitor marketing materials in the field, ensuring everything is well-maintained and up to date.
Administrative Support
- Assist with reconciling marketing invoices.
- Organize and maintain marketing collateral and inventory.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing (real estate or homebuilding experience is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong editing, copywriting, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email marketing platforms, CMS (WordPress preferred), and social media tools.
- Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel and flexible hours.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
