Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting/Office Assistant to temporarily join our local partner’s team! The ideal candidate will provide essential clerical and accounting support, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical tasks to support office operations
- Accurately code invoices and process financial transactions
- Enter financial data with a high degree of accuracy
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting (minimum 2 years of experience required)
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all tasks
- Collaborate effectively within a team while also working independently
Requirements:
