Production Planner - Keene, NH
Location: Keene, NH (100% onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Top Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Previous production planning experience preferred (minimum of one year is acceptable)
- Office administration experience will be considered, though prior planning experience is preferred
Position Purpose:
Provide coordination and administrative support to the production control function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Print, organize, and validate document packages to ensure availability of critical information for team members
- Perform data validation tasks, including job start dates and reference checks for accuracy
- Organize and deliver jobs to the kitting room, ensuring readiness for execution
- Update job status in the system, keeping the team informed of task progress and completion
- Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and stocking materials; record inventory locations
- Locate and verify materials listed on production orders
- Contribute to overall team efforts by completing related tasks as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
- Comfortable using Windows OS, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to follow established procedures
- Able to take direction and work collaboratively within a team environment
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing and/or production planning experience is desired but not required
Working Conditions:
- Exposure to cleaning agents such as alcohol and acetone
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 35 lbs
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.67 per hour
