Project Manager – Project Engineering
Position Summary
Oversee the planning, execution, and governance of complex Capital projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple facility and process-related projects, including HVAC, utilities, biologics upgrades, cryogenic storage, and infrastructure renovations.
- Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Oversee all project phases, from initiation to completion, focusing on risk management, safety, and constructibility.
- Handle procurement, vendor management, construction oversight, and integration with commissioning, validation, and compliance.
- Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and efficiency across teams.
- Manage project controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking.
- Ensure compliance with engineering best practices, regulations, and safety standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements for project execution and facility infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience in GMP engineering environments preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects in regulated manufacturing settings.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, scheduling, and budget management.
- Knowledge of facilities infrastructure, including utilities, automation, and environmental regulations.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety protocols (lockout/tagout, confined space, hot work, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
Education & Experience
- B.S. in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or professional engineering license preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- 5–7 years of Project Management experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
