Job Summary:

As a New Home Sales Agent, you will be the face of our company, responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the process of purchasing a new home. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, present them with suitable options, and support them from initial inquiry through closing. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional home-buying experience while achieving sales targets and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Greet and engage potential homebuyers, providing a warm and informative experience.
  • Conduct tours of model homes and communities, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Educate buyers on the home buying process, financing options, and the unique aspects of purchasing a new home.
  • Answer customer inquiries and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.

Sales Process Management:

  • Assist customers in selecting the right home design, floor plan, and upgrades to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and present sales contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Guide buyers through the contract process, including deposits, financing, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with the construction team, mortgage brokers, and title companies to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • Monitor the progress of home construction, keeping buyers informed of milestones and addressing any issues that arise.

Market & Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about the latest market trends, community developments, and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s product line, including features, pricing, and availability.
  • Provide feedback to the sales manager and marketing team on customer preferences and market conditions.

Sales Goals & Reporting:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the sales manager.
  • Accurately track all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • North Carolina real estate license is required.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in new home sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and home buying process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.

Compensation:

  • Base salary plus commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
