Responsibilities
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for lead conversion.
- Utilize customer service skills to address client inquiries and provide solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Skills
- MUST have experience in Commercial Construction sales to be considered at this time
- Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Experience in the home building industry.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with business development processes and strategies.
