Position: Sales Manager
Location: Louisville, KY
Reports to: Senior Leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10-15 individuals, collaborating with other sales managers within the division.
- Oversee and ensure the success and sales in throughout the division, meeting set targets and contributing to overall division performance.
- Drive growth by promoting accountability and adherence to best practices within the team.
- Ensure that sales goals are consistently met, while fostering continuous improvement in team performance.
- Provide ongoing development and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2 years) in sales management, particularly in the construction sector.
- Strong ability to develop and hold teams accountable to high standards of performance.
- Experience in managing a team of 10-15 people is required.
- Track record of success in driving growth and achieving sales targets.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to travel between division offices and other locations as necessary.
- Availability for weekend on-call duties when required.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $100,000-$130,000
- Performance-Based Bonus: Up to 50% (individual, team, and division performance-driven; potential to exceed target).
- Profit sharing opportunities.
- Mileage reimbursement for travel-related expenses.
- Relocation assistance available if needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
