Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting training sessions: Delivering classroom and on-the-job training.
- Developing training materials: Creating and updating training manuals, presentations, and other learning resources.
- Managing training records: Maintaining accurate records of employee training and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborating with other departments: Working with different teams to identify training needs and develop effective training solutions.
Needs:
- Be able to speak to pharmaceutical production process
- Prefer aseptic knowledge/ experience
- Sterilization (SIP) (CIP) experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
