The Treasury Analyst will work closely with various departments to optimize cash management strategies and support budgeting processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cash flow analysis to forecast liquidity needs and ensure sufficient funds are available for operational requirements.
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including monitoring collections and optimizing credit policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to treasury activities, providing insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial accounting and technical accounting practices are followed.
- Utilize PeopleSoft and other accounting software for transaction processing and reporting.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing relevant data and analysis to support financial planning.
- Mentor junior staff members in treasury functions and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact treasury operations.
Experience
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in public accounting or a corporate treasury environment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and technical accounting standards.
- Proficiency in using accounting software; experience with PeopleSoft is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in cash flow analysis, budgeting, and accounts receivable management.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
