Position Overview : The Managing Director is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the growth, financial success, of the production operations, while assisting in the strategic direction of the Recruiting and Client Service teams' business within a specific FTS region and / or division. This role involves managing a team of Team Leads, developing strategic client relationships, and ensuring the overall delivery of high-quality results that meet client needs while aligning with the company's growth goals.

Duties & Responsibilities
Leadership, Strategy Assistance & Execution
Ensure revenue & headcount growth goals, high-performance, and cultural alignment is met across the division through People, Workflow, and Learning / Development optimization and execution.
Execute on and assist in the development of a comprehensive regional business growth strategy in alignment with the firm's overall growth objectives in areas including but not limited to divisional :Hiring & Resource allocationRevenue growthCapturing and Increasing Market share through target list optimization and executionDrive & execute all internal people manager processes including but not limited to overseeing & conducting :Daily StandupsWeekly L10'sMonthly performance reviews with recruiters and client solutions managersQuarterly 360 Reviews with team leads and individual contributorsResponsible for the overall monthly output of divisional Recruiting and Client Solutions teams. This includes and is not limited to :Planning and OrganizationWeekly activity & metricsPSOP execution and firm wide best practicesPermanent Placement Revenue and Gross Margin goalsProactively and efficiently partner with FTS Shared Services to ensure business needs are being met.MarketingBusiness OperationsTraining & DevelopmentTalent AcquisitionFinancial ReportingMonitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize operational efficiency and divisional growth.Serve as process and divisional subject matter expert for recruiting and client services teamAct as a communication facilitator between Recruiting & Client Solutions to provide high-quality delivery for internal and external FTS stakeholders.Drive internal hiring efforts with involvement in the interview process. Participate in internal interviews and hiring huddles. Establish resource strategy to maintain consistent divisional growth.Oversee divisional people manager processes including but not limited to :PTO requests1 : 1'sNew hire onboardingAssist in onboarding of new divisional Recruiters and Client Solution Managers under the guidance of the Training & development and Regional VP.Regularly communicate with executive and senior leadership, presenting regional division performance, challenges, and opportunities.Collaborate with other Managing Directors and departments to share best practices and optimize cross-selling opportunities across the organization.Identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for expansion within the region.Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in staffing and recruiting.Lead initiatives to enhance processes, tools, and service offerings to maintain a competitive edge.Individual Contributor Duties
New Business Opportunity Creation, Key Partnerships and Continuous Education.
