Monday - Friday 6:30am-3pm
Pay range - $20.00 (starting range) - $26.45/hr.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Team Leader supervises a team of associates that perform various functions. The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the warehouse operations function smoothly.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Communicate with co-workers and direct supervision to receive instructions and coordinate activities.
- Organize daily shipping and receiving activity.
- Order disbursement.
- Overall cleanliness of the work area
- Must have aptitude to use and operate a computer including basic e-mail functions as well as operate a scanning device
- Supervise Warehouse Associates/Forklift Operators.
- Review associate timecards in Time on Demand and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform associate evaluations.
- Handle associate discipline when needed.
- Perform functions within our Customers data base (SAP), this includes completions and transfers.
- Physical presence on a set and predictable schedule
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or a GED.
- One-year supervisory experience
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Maintain a clean work environment, placing all items in an orderly manner per 5S values.
- Operate within the documented QMS (Quality Management System)
- Drug-free, able to pass a drug test.
- Use of auxiliary equipment such as scanners.
- Basic computer skills.
Salary : $20 - $26
