Our mission is to provide premium products and exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our team as Marijuana Sales Representatives.
Position Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, expanding our customer base, and representing our brand in the marketplace. This is a commission-only position where you’ll earn based on the sales you generate. If you're passionate about cannabis, have a strong sales background, and thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will receive a payment of $500.00 for each dispensary that signs an agreement with the Company and in addition to the bounty payment, the Sales Representative will receive 10% of the revenue generated by the sale of the Company’s products or services to the dispensary they have acquired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and target new customers, both retail and wholesale.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to maximize repeat business.
- Educate clients on our cannabis products, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
- Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor products.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in retail or wholesale (cannabis experience preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own time.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients.
- Familiarity with cannabis products and the industry is a plus.
- Must be at least 21 years old and meet the legal requirements to work in the cannabis industry.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Compensation:
- 1099 independent contractor status.
- Commission-only structure with unlimited earning potential.
- The more sales you generate, the higher your earnings.
- Flexible hours, with the ability to work at your own pace.
- $500 for each dispensary that signs an agreement.
- 10% of the revenue generated by the sale of the Company’s products or services to the dispensary
