The Site Supervisor is responsible for leading their on-site teams by example to ensure that the on-site services are executed safely, deliver results, and demonstrate quality. This role will lead a team of 9 CPM Technicians at our customer location by using a series of on line, meeting and supervisory tools which must be executed daily. This is a hands on role, and the supervisor is expected to perform technician functions on a regular basis (fluid testing, cleanouts, lift truck operation, etc) and be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. - Collect daily data from all site personnel
- Facilitate and Document DSSM (Daily Site Supervisor Meeting) with team to review safety initiatives, potential non compliances, daily team objectives and individual roles.
- Schedule personnel. Review and Approve Daily Electronic Time Sheets.
- Provide Training and Support to teams
- Daily Customer communication to bring Non Compliances and associated resolutions to customer’s attention as required
- Communicate with customer, team, and Zimmark remote support team to meet day-to-day production requirements
- Participate in Quality Audits with Zimmark Support Personnel as well as assist/follow Up in completion of Audit Corrective Actions
- Participate in the Interview/Hiring Process as well as Orientation, Training and Personnel Reviews
- Provide support as ‘back-up’ to fill in positions as require during personnel absences
- Be able to provide hands on work as required including sampling, testing, filter changes, lift truck operation, etc
- Full Time poistion with weekend overtime
- Associate Degree and/or Certification in an Industrial or Supervisory Field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work with site personnel and customers
- Strong computer skills including email, and basic MS word
- 3-5 years supervisory experience working in manufacturing environment
- High organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with hands on work environment
- Stand for majority of a shift for approximately 4-8 hours and walk several miles daily
- Lift a minimum of 50lbs regularly several times per hour during a normal shift
- Bend/crouch/stoop and dip on a regular basis in order to obtain samples

- Comfortable with hands on work environment (i.e. stand for the majority of a shift for approximately 4-8 hours, walk several miles daily, lift a minimum of 50lbs regularly during a normal shift, bend/crouch/stoop and dip on a regular basis)
- Associate degree and/or Certification in an Industrial or Supervisory Field
- 3-5 years supervisory experience working in manufacturing environment
- Ability to travel between multiple sites within close proximity and occasional day travel to Western Tenneesee
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage and organize multiple priorities
- Strong computer skills including email, and MS office
- Teamwork, collaboration, and self-motivation are essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to problem solve while working with site personnel and customers
- Experience in the Lubricants or Chemical industry preferred.
