Pay:
FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $20 - $22 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
Your areas of responsibility:
- Responsible for daily customer intake.
- Entering orders into the company system, as well as customer order portals.
- Responsible for quoting orders to internal/external customers.
- Assist with internal and external customers with order modifications and expedites.
- Responsible for communicating customer order status to internal and external customers.
- Responsible for entering customer returns and complaints through SharePoint.
- Interacts with critical departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsible for identifying and communicating possible improvements in work processes.

Qualifications we are looking for:
- 2 years’ experience in Customer Solutions or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in ERP system
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience dealing with customer complaints
- Experience using ERP & CRM systems and practices
- Knowledge of SharePoint system
- Knowledge of Sales Pad or Salesforce/Great Plans or SAP
