Pay:

FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. Union role with starting rate at $22.97 per hour.

Your areas of responsibility:

Reporting to the Evening Supervisor, the machine operator will be responsible for:

• Preparing packaging materials for filling,
• Performing basic packaging inspection to eliminate product contamination,
• Operating filling equipment, connect/disconnect hoses, filling and packaging finished product into small bottles to large totes/bins.
• The job requires safe and efficient use of a fork truck to move pallets between buildings / locations, stack pallets of packaging containers, etc.
• Inside and outside cleanup of buildings and equipment will be also part of this position.
Training will also include preparing orders for shipping, loading/ offloading trailers, sweeping out trucks, ensuring correct paperwork and records are maintained and communicated on shipments being loaded as well as on containers materials/raw materials unloaded

Qualifications we are looking for:

• High School education or equivalent required
• 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Must be able to lift minimum of 55lbs
• Forklift and pallet jack experience a plus
