This is a full-time hybrid role for Senior Associate and Junior Partner Level Attorneys. The role involves providing timely claim analysis, zealous courtroom advocacy, contract review, drafting, editing, and negotiation. Some work from home is acceptable.
- Excellent courtroom advocacy skills
- Experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation
- Strong legal research and analysis skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently
- Knowledge of New York City and surrounding counties' legal practices
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in New York
