Responsibilities- Guide individuals in identifying their skills, strengths, and interests to determine suitable side job opportunities
- Provide personalized coaching sessions to support community members in setting goals and developing actionable plans
- Advise on the various side job opportunities available in today's gig economy, including freelancing, online platforms, and local gigs
- Conduct research on market trends and advancements in the side gig economy to offer up-to-date advice and strategies
- Conduct mock interviews and assist with interview preparation to enhance community members' chances of securing side job opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop educational materials and resources to support community members' career journeys
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, strategy, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Ability to create engaging, shareable, and on-brand content.
- Knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
