Cashier/Auditor position available
DEFINITION:
The Auditor's primary responsibility is to perform the administrative functions required within the restaurant operation thereby allowing the front of the house managers to focus their attentions on customer needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assists with the following: shift reports, daily cash and sales, daily deposits, and accounts for all cash and non‑cash transactions.
- Assists with the store's daily opening/closing routines.
- Assists with communicating personnel changes to the back office.
- Assists with administration of employee and customer incident reports and customer comment surveys.
- Maintains and updates computer data bases, as required.
- Is knowledgeable about Fudpucker’s history, menu offerings, special, promotions, entertainment schedules, and other matters about which guests may inquire.
- Complies with all Fudpucker policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be reliable, detail oriented, and have good organizational skills.
- Must possess good mathematical and computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours; Monday through Sunday.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time working at a computer indoors.
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to organize, plan and prioritize work.
- Must be able to evaluate information and solve problems.
