We are a dynamic and faith-centered institution focused on providing student-athletes with the resources, opportunities, and guidance needed to excel both on and off the court or field. Our goal is to build a nationally recognized athletic program that nurtures talent, character, and spiritual growth.
Responsibilities :
- Program Development : Build and lead our high school basketball program to compete at an elite level, with the goal of joining premier tournament circuits such as the Grind Session or shoe-sponsored leagues (Nike, Adidas, Puma, etc.).
- Prep School Expertise : Develop and manage our athletics program with an understanding of the prep school environment, including compliance, scheduling, and recruitment.
- Athletic Software : Utilize platforms such as MaxPreps to track performance, statistics, and program visibility.
- Multi-Sport Oversight : Oversee additional sports programs, including track, tennis, and flag football, ensuring all teams are equipped for success.
- Spiritual Leadership : Promote a Christ-centered environment within the athletic department, encouraging staff and student-athletes to grow in their faith and actively share it with others.
- Recruitment & Networking : Identify and recruit talented student-athletes, building relationships with families, coaches, and sponsors to support program growth.
- Operational Management : Oversee budgets, facilities, scheduling, and hiring of coaching staff to ensure smooth operation and alignment with program goals.
