About Us
Health Insurance Alliance (HIA) is looking for a highly motivated Medicare Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. We are a rapidly growing technology focused Insurance sales company whose employees maintain a competitive nature and a desire to succeed above all.
Our philosophy is to provide a quality service to our clients, offering an easy and seamless experience from start to finish. We compassionately strive to take all of our client’s needs into consideration, which helps lead us to having a well-rounded understanding of who they are and what they want, so we can offer them the highest level of quality healthcare products out there.
Our agents are provided with the highest quality self-generated leads in the industry by way of an innovative in-house marketing team with advanced dialing and texting strategies. We know firsthand how much of a difference the quality of leads makes in a sales organization. A great salesperson without quality leads is like a great musician without an instrument to play. We have an intricate lead distribution network and a solid team of Future Agents (Fronters/ Qualifiers) that sift through all of our generated data, producing fresh and warm fronts that are pre-qualified for interest and budget to our sales team all day long. You will not get higher-quality contacts elsewhere, that is guaranteed!
As a Medicare Operations Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting and overseeing both our Medicare Sales Agents and Customer Service team. From supporting our team to meet their sales goals, mentoring our CSR team in retention, to removing barriers and providing updated company and industry information, you will be facilitating the improvement of our enrollment, sales and customer service process.
