Janitor - Maintenance

Duties

• Maintain cleanliness in the convenience store, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
• Regularly clean gas pumps and surrounding areas to ensure safety and presentability.
• Keep restrooms clean and well-stocked with supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
• Sweep, mop, and maintain flooring to prevent slips and ensure hygiene. - Regularly empty trash bins and recycling containers to maintain a tidy environment.
• Clean entrances and windows to maintain a welcoming appearance for customers.
• Prepare and package ice bags for sale, ensuring proper storage and presentation.
• Assist in stocking beverages and perishable items in the cooler, ensuring organization and visibility.
• Conduct property inspections to identify cleaning and maintenance needs, reporting issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or handling minor repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment. - Clean and maintain janitorial tools, ensuring they are in good working order and properly stored.
• Work with team members to assist with stocking shelves and delivering excellent customer service.
• Provide friendly assistance to customers, answering questions and enhancing their experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
