- You will need to give the greatest care and best attitude with members' children.
- Someone that has childcare experience.
- You MUST CPR certified.
- You MUST have previous experience in childcare and/or caring for multiple children at once.
- You MUST be a high school graduate. Someone that looks forward to maintaining high standards.
- You work hard and go straight for the goal.
