Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Financial Systems
Location: Remote (Supporting East Coast Stakeholders)
About the Role: 6-9 months contract
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst – Financial Systems to support the financial systems integration of our enterprise-level client. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical and business teams, gathering requirements, leading documentation efforts, and ensuring seamless integration between the company’s current work order system and Sage Intacct. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to assess existing workflows, establish new solutions, and optimize processes for efficiency and predictability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document technical and business requirements.
- Lead workshops with business and end-users to define needs and identify gaps.
- Assess current financial system workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Support the integration of the work order system with Sage Intacct.
- Facilitate testing efforts and ensure a smooth transition between systems.
- Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and other business units.
- Navigate complex system landscapes and provide solutions for optimization.
- Work remotely while supporting stakeholders on the East Coast, with occasional travel as needed.
