IT Consultant (ServiceNow)
Duration: 18 months (with potential to extend)
Pay: $90-$100/hr on a W2 DOE
Remote in PST Hours

Our Client is implementing the ITSM platform ServiceNow, migrating away from a different platform. This position will involve heavy collaboration with product and scrum teams to work on this large scale enterprise wide Service Now ITSM Migration project. This is a great opportunity to work with subject matter experts and key business stakeholders, on this exciting project!
Day In The Life:
- Project manage product/scrum teams and identifying dependencies, risks and issues between these product teams and other product teams/systems and large-scale Enterprise-wide Service Now ITSM migration projects
- Collaborate closely with product managers to synchronize the release of features through multiple product backlogs
- Work with product/scrum teams to align on best practices for testing and release processes to ensure successful releases
- Work with multiple divisions/organizations across the company, business partners, and senior management
- Align on release scope and schedule with product/scrum teams
- Track program issues and drive resolution.
- Manage program risk and responses to the risks.
- Work effectively with internal team members and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Work with internal stakeholders to prepare & execute plans for organizational change that will be brought about by the implementation of new features
- Coordinate the turndown of legacy ITSM systems
Who You Are:
- Experience implementing migrating to new Service Now environments
- Technical program and product management experience
- Experience with ‘go lives’, readiness assessments, and launch communication plans of ITSM systems
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with and influence subject matter experts and senior leadership
- Experience with IT & business stakeholder management, manage project escalations and customer concerns
- Experience leading teams and providing oversight and coaching
- Experience operating in an environment where teams are working in a mixture of agile/product centric and waterfall delivery models
