Production Team Lead (2nd shift)
(2:30pm-11:00 pm, Monday thru Friday)
(Full time position)

Description:
Ability to accurately perform paper work as related to the shipping and receiving of parts.
Ability to safely and efficiently operate a forklift/tugger and pass test to acquire operator's license.
Ability to complete daily tasks without close supervision
Ability to work with other departments to meet production goals
Ability to recommend kaizen activities based on daily activity
Ability to regularly multitask in order to maintain smooth operation flow
Ability to lift or regularly move up to 50 pounds
Ability to operate equipment according to established standardized work and safety guidelines.
Ability to communicate effectively to Team Leader all production issues and concerns.
Assist other departments and other department personnel.
Support ISO activities as required.
Must have a clean work record.
Good attendance is required in order to be considered.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience operating forklifts.
- Ability to lift, push, pull 30 pounds on a routine basis.
- Ability to work all shifts & flexible work hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- Must be able to safely & proficiently operate a forklift and maintain certification
