Position Summary :

Fueled UTV is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Specialist to join our expanding team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, providing expert advice, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with Fueled UTV. This is an opportunity to turn your passion for powersports into a rewarding career with growth potential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Be an enthusiast! At Fueled UTV, we ride among our customers, test and review the product that we sell, and we love what we do!
• Search social media posts, questions, and community discussions to answer questions, recommend products, and offer technical assistance.
• Ensure the Fueled UTV brand is maintained through exceptional service both in person, through messaging, and on the phone
• Be challenged to provide technical support to customers by inquiring, listening and recommending product based on the customer’s needs
• Research and test product offering to ensure support can be offered on the entire Fueled UTV catalog.
• Facilitate in-store customer sales and technical questions.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via various messaging channels.
• Update customer relations manager software
