We are professional, agile and our goal is to provide a coastal retail clothing and home goods strore, carefully curated to provide a unique shopping experience for our Florida locals and traveling guests. We provide excellent customer service to our clients and strive to find new exciting merchandise or your locals.
Our work environment includes:
- Modern pos system
- parking/bridge passes
- business hours 9-5 daily
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver a positive shopping experience
Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Multilingual skills, particularly in English, are a plus
- Experience in upselling or technical sales is beneficial
- Familiarity with operating a point-of-sale (POS) system is desirable
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor
- Previous experience in jewelry sales or basic math skills may be beneficial
