We are looking for talented individuals to join our International Leadership Trainee (ILT) Program to contribute to our mission. During a 2 year period; a part takes place in either the United States, the UK, Europe, Dubai, Australia, or Singapore, where you will become acquainted with several parts of our business. Challenging assignments you potentially will be working on are:
Market & strategy analysis and roll-out for un-crewed surface vessels.
4D data visualization, digital twins, autonomous robots, and aerial drone solutions.
Coastal resilience, offshore wind development, deep water site investigation.
Business development.
Managing geotechnical projects.
As an ILT participant, you are mentored by top-level management and receive additional training and coaching to help you grow. We will help you to develop your leadership skills, as well as provide you with a budget to choose additional (technical) training which interests you most. You will also team up with your peers to engage in an actual strategic business challenge sponsored by our executive leadership team and supported by lectures and consultations by professors at a leading Dutch business school.
Program Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
Possess a Master's degree from an accredited university/college or are currently enrolled in the last year of a Master's program.
Have no more than two years of related work experience.
Highly ambitious and engaged in extra-curricular activities.
Proficient in English both verbal and written.
Possess or able to obtain a valid passport.
