**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Busser. As a Busser at Fuji Japanese Steakhouse, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dining area, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant dining experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Clearing and resetting tables promptly to prepare for incoming guests

- Assisting in the setup and breakdown of the dining area before and after service

- Refilling water glasses and assisting with beverage service as needed

- Removing used dishes, utensils, and glassware from tables in a timely manner

- Assisting waitstaff in delivering food to tables when necessary

- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down tables, and sanitizing surfaces

- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient flow of dishes to and from the dining area

- Providing friendly and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests

- Communicating effectively with team members and management to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required

- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds

- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
