**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a full-time Server to join our team at Fuji Japanese Steakhouse. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests by providing attentive service, taking orders accurately, and delivering food and beverages promptly and courteously.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greeting guests warmly and seating them at their tables
- Presenting menus and providing recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Serving food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests
- Processing payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables
- Collaborating with team members to provide seamless service and enhance the overall dining experience
- Adhering to all restaurant policies, procedures, and safety standards
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
