Fuji Semec Corp. is looking for a Shipping/Rec/Inventory Supervisor to join our growing team!

As part of your day to day tasks you will be responsible for:

The Shipping and Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing shipping, receiving, and inventory management operations within a manufacturing facility. This role ensures efficient movement of materials, accurate inventory tracking, and timely shipments while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Shipping & Receiving:

• Supervise daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors to schedule shipments and deliveries.
• Ensure all outgoing and incoming materials meet quality and compliance standards.
• Manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading and packing lists.
• Optimize freight costs while maintaining timely deliveries.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory control processes, including stock tracking, cycle counts, and audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP or warehouse management system (WMS).
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical and system inventory.
• Implement best practices to reduce inventory waste and obsolescence.

Team Supervision & Leadership:

• Lead and mentor warehouse and shipping personnel to achieve performance goals.
• Provide training on safety protocols, inventory handling, and shipping procedures.
• Monitor employee productivity and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and customer service teams to meet operational goals.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
• Experience 5 years of experience in shipping, inventory Supervisory role and 3-5 years exp in Shipping /warehousing environment. (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
• Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of logistics, freight regulations, and supply chain operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing, walking, and operating warehouse equipment for extended periods.
• Working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting with exposure to varying temperatures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
