Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing dishes.
- Operate the POS system for order tracking and communication with the kitchen.
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking techniques, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience with POS systems is desirable but not required; training will be provided.
