Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Lead teams on the execution of manufacturing vial pulls, packing shipments, and product storage as directed by internal schedules
- Oversee system transactions and ensure the timely and accurate order fulfillment, documentation, closure of outstanding issues and effective inventory system
- Execute outbound deliveries
- Ensure compliance with safe handling and storage requirements, cGMP/ISO, local & corporate policies, and environmental/other related regulations
- Ensure all equipment and material logbooks are accurate, complete, reviewed, and maintained in accordance with all applicable SOP’s
- Ensure the completion and initiation of cycle counting and inventory audits, as required
- Work with Supervisor to provide input for personnel performance reviews
- Assist Supervisor in the review, revising, and compliance of standard operating procedures for the cGMP warehouse and its operations
- Train and qualify personnel on shipping and warehouse processes and procedures
- Respond to all refrigerator and/or freezer alarms and make necessary material movements to ensure product is maintained within temperature specifications
- Assists Supervisor in ensuring that all DeltaV building management system and warehouse TCE’s alarms are in compliance.
- Assist Supervisor in the performance of GEMBA walks
- All other Duties as required
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Possess Valid driving license

- Lift up to 40 pounds unassisted and up to 60 pounds with assistance

- High school diploma with at least (7) seven years of work experience, with
- (5) five being relevant Shipping, Import/Export, or Warehouse experience, and
- (4) four being cGMP or regulated warehouse experience
- Working knowledge of ERP application software
- Associates degree plus 3 year relevant experience
- Bachelors degree plus 1 year relevant experience
- PSA forklift license
